At TechX, we strive to provide high-quality web hosting and digital services. This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations, and service issues. We are committed to fairness and clarity in all our transactions.

General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only for payments made for **hosting or services** that cannot be delivered as promised.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within **7 days of payment** for hosting services.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.
  • **Custom domain registration fees are non-refundable** once the domain has been successfully registered by the registrar.
  • Service processing fees and third-party license costs are generally non-refundable.

Return Policy for Digital Services

As most of our services are digital and instantly delivered, traditional product returns are not applicable. We focus instead on resolving technical errors:

  • If a service or hosting plan is **not activated correctly**, you must contact our support team immediately for resolution.
  • We guarantee to resolve service setup errors or major technical faults within **48 hours** whenever possible.
  • In the rare case where the purchased service cannot be provided or fixed, a **full refund will be issued**.

Cancellation

You may cancel your hosting plan or service at any time through your client portal or by contacting support.

  • Cancellations requested after the 7-day refund period will typically not be eligible for a monetary refund.
  • Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer pro-rata refunds for monthly service plans upon cancellation.
